Our Careers Resource Centre is well stocked with information for students to browse and pamphlets to take away.

• All NZ Polytechnics
• Information from numerous ITOs (Industry Training Organisations)
• Regular newsletter and magazines from the Army, Navy & Airforce
• Brochures about Gap Year Programmes and International Student Exchange Programmes.
INTERNET ACCESS
The careers area has 4 large touch screen computers available for students to access information from a wide range of tertiary providers on the internet as well as on DVDs and CD-ROMs.
MOODLE
Students will find information on Careers Events, STAR Courses, Overseas Exchanges, Universities & Polytechs, Scholarships, Subject Selection, Finding a Job and Careers Exploration on the careers section on Marlborough Girls' College Moodle.
FUTURE INDICATIVE
Keep your own achievements, interests, skills and goals up-to-date by regularly accessing Future Indicative on the school network. This will also be very helpful for writing your cv.
SEMINARS
Guest speakers from a wide variety of tertiary providers come to speak to students at college throughout the year. Keep an eye on roll call, or check Moodle for upcoming sessions.
Students are welcome to come and browse during their free time. The Careers Resource Centre is situated in the Deanery along with the Guidance Team.
