Many Tertiary providers offer opportunities to explore tertiary courses through the STAR (Secondary Tertiary Alignment Resources) programme. The courses vary in length from a half day to a week. There is no cost for the courses, which are paid for by the Ministry of Education. If you would like to do one of these `taster' courses you should talk to the Careers/STAR Administrator, Mrs Asiamah, at the Careers Resource Centre.
