It’s now Term 2! The selection for the cultural committee was a hard one. With more than TWO HUNDRED applications, there were definitely a huge number of girls worthy of a spot in the committee this year! After spending hours on the selection process, I have narrowed it down to 17 wonderful girls who are part of the 2010 cultural committee.

So far, the committee, Mrs Del’Monte and I have worked together to promote the  ‘Impression Youth Art exhibition,’ which is held at the Millennium Art Gallery from the 5^th of June – 11^th July.

I’m extremely fortunate to have a dedicated group of girls in my committee. They have been a very supportive bunch and I’m hoping this continues through out the year.

Just a reminder, Term 2 is a long and busy term! Get involved; make the most of what we have to offer around the college. However, managing your time so you’re not behind on schoolwork is also important.
