International Day of the Girl

The theme of International Day of the Girl 2025 is:”The Girl I Am, the Change I Lead: Girls on the Frontline of Crisis”.
Kazuha our Japanese international student in Year 11 is heading to Australia in October with her host mum to co-present in Melbourne for the above cause. This is a big challenge for her as she will be doing it in English, but also a very exciting one with the opportunity to travel and be involved in a global event.
Events will be held in Blenheim from 4 October until 31 October at the Marlborough District Library Te Kahu o Waipuna.
