OTA Scholarship Applications Are Now Open!

Great news! The OTA Scholarship is officially open and accepting applications.

This incredible programme offers Marlborough Girls’ College and Marlborough Boys’ College students the chance to travel to Jissen Gakuen Junior and Senior High School in Tokyo, Japan, in January 2026.

The scholarship covers travel to and from Japan, provides an allowance for internal travel, and includes travel insurance. We’re looking for students who show leadership potential, cultural curiosity, academic engagement, personal resilience, community involvement, and strong communication skills.

Key Dates for MGC Students:

• Applications Open: Monday, July 28, 2025

• Applications Close: Monday, August 11, 2025, at 9 AM

• Shortlisted applicants informed: by August 18th

• Interviews: Week of August 25th , 2024
