Y11 Kairangi Celebrations

On Friday 27 November we held our Year 11 end of year Kairangi awards.

It was great to see Whānau at the ceremony to share in this very special occasion.  

Congratulations to all students who received awards, in particular our top three students:

• Bailey Robb – winner of the Top Year 11 Academic Award (The Smith Farm Trophy)

• Ashie Raina – runner up: Highly Commended Academic Performance

• Dana Narvadez – winner of the NZ King Salmon, All Round Endeavour Award (The MGC Alumni Cup)

Congratulations also goes to the following students who were awarded the following House Awards:

• Awatere Kairangi All-rounder – Emma Straker

• Kaituna Kairangi All-rounder – Maddie Hampton

• Ōpaoa Kairangi All-rounder – Tully McWilliams
